Pre-Orders
If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item is ready for dispatch, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
SHYNE is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to:
• An incorrect or incomplete address
• Failure to pay applicable customs duties or import taxes
• The parcel being unclaimed after delivery attempts
• Refusal of delivery
We will refund the item(s) value only, minus:
• Original shipping costs (non-refundable)
• Any return charges incurred by the courier
• A flat £4.99 handling fee to cover processing and restocking
If a parcel is abandoned or destroyed by the courier or customs and cannot be recovered, the same refund policy applies.
If delivery failure occurs due to our error, this fee will not apply and we will arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
Re-shipping costs will apply if you would like the order sent again.
