Return & Refund Policy

30 Day Guarantee 

At SHYNE, we stand by the quality and effectiveness of our styling products. Your satisfaction is our priority, and if you’re not fully happy with your SHYNE styling product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

How It Works:

  1. Try Your Product – Use the styling product as recommended and allow it time to work with your hair.
  2. Contact Us – If you're unsatisfied within 30 days, email us at hello@weareshyne.com with your order number and feedback.
  3. Return & Refund – We’ll guide you through the return process. Once we receive the product, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. 

Important Notes:

  • Only styling products purchased directly from weareshyne.com qualify for the guarantee.
  • Headwear items and styling tools are excluded from the 30-day guarantee, however can be returned within 30 days in unopened/unused condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

Additional Conditions for Refunds:

  • Partial refunds may apply for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery are ineligible for refunds.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a few days.

For Late or Missing Refunds:

  1. First, check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take time to post.
  3. Next, reach out to your bank for any processing delays.
  4. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at hello@weareshyne.com.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email hello@weareshyne.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we’ll issue a refund to the original purchaser.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If your return shipping costs exceed £50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
